Vinification | Grapes are harvested into 20 kg boxes and received at the Winery. Manual sorting and stalk-removal is followed by mechanical treading, with maceration and alcoholic fermentation taking place in the stainless steel vats. |
Maturation | After fermentation under temperature control, maturation took place over 12 months, in used French oak barrels. |
Keep | If stored under ideal conditions (15 to 18°C; 70% humidity; bottle in a horizontal position), it shows positive evolution for a minimum period of 10 years. |
Drinking | Serve at 16°-18°, ideal with more intense dishes, meats and cheeses. |
Tasting Notes | Ruby color with red hues, complex aroma with multiple layers, featuring ripe wild fruit, spicy notes from barrel aging, and a balsamic component. Structured on the palate, with integrated acidity and firm tannins. It finishes long and gastronomic. |
